Dear Steve,
I wanted to write and let you know how much we appreciated the help from your technicians in getting our faucet hooked up after a kitchen granite installation. The technician installed the new garbage disposal and the drain, but there was a board in the way that prevented him from moving the nut up around the bolt end of the faucet. This was on a Saturday. Then, on Monday, with reluctance, the granite fabricator sent his installer out to remove the board and put other supports in. And then your technician came to secure the faucet, but discovered a hairline crack in the granite surrounding it. Then I called the fabricator for guidance and a fix for the crack, the guy went ballistic over the phone, blaming the plumber and threatening to call the police and to come and rip out the granite. He did give the OK for your technician to hook up the faucet, which he carefully did. He also took pictures of the cracks and emailed them to me so that I could take them out to show the fabricator. Basically, your technician was delayed in his work by this guy. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out in a tough situation. I can’t thank you and your staff enough for all the help you have given us over the years, both with maintenance checks and repair work. All of you guys, and the other gals too, are the best. I had a leak on my ceiling this weekend and was not too excited about having to deal with it on Saturday. I found your ad in our neighborhood directory and took a chance. I can’t say enough nice things about your technician and what I assume your company stands for. Wanted to drop a note and let you know that it looks like they’ve done an outstanding job on the install. I was very pleased. We haven’t been able to test it out much yet since we’re still working on the house and have openings with nothing in them. However, my installer said the house actually got cold with the doors and windows open while they were testing the system, so I have high hopes.

They left the place cleaner than they found it. They actually left it MUCH cleaner than they found it. If you remember the utility room where the furnace was, they tidied everything up. It looks like they even took all the scrap foam in there and wiped them down and stacked them. I think they may have even mopped the floor in there.

I’m extremely impressed and have been telling my employers about how you guys work. I work for Kryger Glass, maybe they can take a few lessons and improve our customer service.

I’ll make sure I suggest you guys to everyone who needs any HVAC work done.

I am writing in regards to one of your technicians. My air conditioner unit was only blowing, but no cool air. I called Anthony Plumbing because I believe and trust that they will do the right thing by me.

Tuesday, June 23rd, he came out to see what the problem was with my unit and found out the compressor had went out; when he gave me the bad news, I told him, “Well, there are worse things that could happen.” He was tired and it was a hot day that day, around 104 degrees, and I told him, “You could have just as easily told me what was wrong and took the service fee payment and went your way.”

Well, I went into the house and prayed and asked the Lord, “Is this the final answer?” and about that time I heard a knock at my door and it was your technician. He said, “I believe I could repair it, but cannot give you a warranty on it,” and he told me it would cost around $200.

I had him go ahead and repair it, but I begin to praise the Lord and I begin to feel the cool air coming in my house – what a blessing. I just don’t know how long it will last, but I am grateful that he went the extra mile even though he was hot, tired and that’s what I like about Anthony Plumbing, Heating & Cooling – the guys are just great there!

Our installation was due to our A/C coils being stolen, a 7.5 ton and a 10 ton. Upon selecting Anthony, Mike the Project manager said everything would be available in two days.. IT WAS! They said they would start Thursday AM they did. Upon starting they realized the Dual units that were installed in 2007 were not correct for the type installation, in fact they they posed a fire hazard, I of course checked up on these claims and everyone (not with Anthony) were amazed they had not caught fire. Anthony was there with a FANTASTIC price to make the operation right. I was in a bind as they couldn't proceed they would not hook up to the hazard, I agreed with that and though I thought they had me over a barrel with out options they made right what others had done wrong! It took a while longer (2 days)These guys pulled it together and had a total of 4 heaters 4 A-Coils and the previously stolen Outside units replaced in 5 working days.
 
 95% efficient heaters will pay off big time and anyone reading this feel free to ask to see the installation. TOTALLY Professional,Clean, and for good measures they tossed in a programmable thermostat. Thanks guys.. Not just a great Job but a Fantastic solution to a serious issue. Oh ya they do Plumbing also well I guarantee they will do all of the Plumbing, heating and A/C in this building. Great work ethics and professionalism not regularly seen to this extent, Can you trust them with your keys... YOU BET! I DID!
